All dishes on our menu are prepared with traditional village spices imported directly from Türkiye and the finest halal meats sourced from Australia. Every item served at both branches is prepared in a single kitchen by our two Turkish chefs, whose combined culinary experience spans 48 years — ensuring the same standard of taste and quality no matter which branch you visit.
